As president of the Spirit Lake Property Owners Association (SLPOA) I want to welcome our new neighbors and members of SLPOA, Doug and Jodi Smith. A few of our members and neighbors have raised concerns about the changes being made to the property that Doug and Jodi recently purchased (formerly the Lutz property, which is adjacent to and west of Silver Beach). Doug has provided a comprehensive description of their plans to develop the property and what has been accomplished thus far.
